3. Orders & Payments

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2–5 business days.

  • Presslet.pk is not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, only for unused and unopened products.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened nail polishes or used nail covers.

  • To request a return or refund, email us at contact@presslet.pk with your order number and reason.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Presslet.pk—including logos, product images, descriptions, and site design—is the property of Presslet and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
